The Kunlun Zhenxuan series is an equipment that uses X-ray imaging technology, visible light imaging technology, and AI large model algorithm technology to efficiently dry sort coal. The intelligent sorting system can switch between two sorting processes: "leaking gangue blowing coal" or "leaking coal blowing gangue". On site selection can be made according to changes in the proportion of coal gangue, and the system has self-learning function. The intelligent dry sorting machine effectively sorts particle sizes of 15-300mm (larger particle sizes can be customized), with an average gangue coal carrying rate of ≤ 2% after sorting, an average gangue discharge rate of ≥ 98% after sorting, and a processing capacity of 10-280t/h. Its technology is mature and advanced, safe and reliable, stable operation, high sorting accuracy, and the system process is simple, easy to operate, and the operating cost is low. It has great advantages in replacing manual gangue selection, pre discharging gangue, reducing raw coal ash, improving production efficiency, and reducing production costs.
